Direct charges,
on your account.
Faerra opens checkout against your own Stripe account. The payment, the customer and the balance are yours — we take a fee and nothing else. No money of yours ever sits with us waiting to be released, because it never arrives here in the first place.
- Charges
- Direct charges on your own Stripe account. You are the merchant of record, so the sale is in your name, under your tax identity, paid out on your schedule.
- Orders
- Recorded from Stripe itself rather than from the buyer's browser. A closed tab or a dropped connection cannot lose a sale you were paid for.
- Delivery
- Access, not just a link. Every download checks the buyer is still entitled to it, so refunding cuts them off straight away.
- Disputes
- Chargebacks handled start to finish. The evidence is built from what actually happened, and our fee comes back on the ones you lose.
Three ways to charge for it
Set on the product and changed whenever you like. Every one of them delivers the same way.
One-time
A file, a bundle, a licence key, a link. Paid once, delivered once, and yours to price at whatever you like in any currency Stripe supports.
Subscription
Monthly or yearly. Access continues while they pay and stops when they don't, without you watching for it. Buyers change card or cancel themselves.
Payment plan
A fixed number of instalments. They get everything on the first payment, which is what a payment plan means — and if they stop paying, access stops with it.
Paid at 14:02:03.
Delivered at 14:02:05.
A purchase of a $49 product with two files and a Discord role attached. Nothing here is scheduled, batched, or waiting for someone to press a button.
Everyone can send a file.
Ask what happens when you refund one.
Access is checked on every download rather than handed over once. That single decision is what makes the rest of this possible.
Everything unlocks at once
Attach files, a link, a licence key or a Discord role to the product. All of it goes out the second the charge clears, scoped to that one buyer.
And it all goes away
Refund from your sales page, or from the Stripe dashboard directly — either way access is withdrawn in the same moment, and our fee comes back to you with it.
Your buyers never make an account
They type the email they paid with and get a link. No password to reset, and no support ticket that starts “I can't log in”.
Everything they bought
Every order, every amount, every date, in one list they reach from your own footer.
As many times as they need
Lost the email, changed laptop, wiped the phone. They re-download without asking you.
Their own subscriptions
Update a card, download an invoice, cancel. A failed card on a payment plan stops being your problem.
What we take
Stripe's own processing fee is separate, billed by Stripe, and the same on every plan.
| Plan | Monthly | Our cut | Includes | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Starter
no commitment |
$0.00 | 5% | Unlimited products, subscriptions and payment plans, coupons | Start free |
Growth
worth it over $998/mo |
$29.95 | 2% | Everything in Starter, plus custom domain, discord delivery | Get started |
Expanding
worth it over $3,500/mo |
$99.95 | 0% | Everything in Growth, plus licence keys, integrations, api access | Get started |
Our fee is taken as a Stripe application fee on each charge, and comes back to you with a refund. Plans are billed to your own card and can be changed or cancelled at any time.
Questions worth asking first
The four that decide whether this suits you at all.
Do I need my own Stripe account?
Yes, and that is the point. Faerra never holds your money, because the charge happens on your account rather than ours. If we disappeared tomorrow your customers, your balance and your payout schedule would be exactly where they are now.
Who is the merchant of record?
You are. The sale is in your name with your tax identity, which is why the money is yours immediately — and why the tax on it is yours too. Platforms that absorb tax liability do it by taking ownership of the sale. We would rather you kept it.
Can I sell on my own domain?
Yes. Verify a domain and the whole checkout runs on it, with your name on the receipt. Nothing in the buyer's URL bar says Faerra.
What happens when I refund?
Access is withdrawn at the same moment, so a refunded buyer does not keep the file. Our fee is returned to you as part of the same refund — you are not paying us for a sale that was undone.
Start selling on your own account.
Connect Stripe, add a product, attach what the buyer gets. Nothing to pay until you sell something.
